Chart explanation: Rolling 31-Day Net Revenue and the Cumulative Net Revenue

This is a snapshot of net mining revenues for the past 31 days cumulative net earnings, meaning that each day's net revenues are added to the cumulative amount and the net revenues are accumulated over a 31-day period. It is backwards looking at the actual net earnings over the past 31 days.
The Rolling 31-Day Net Revenue line shows how much each day would have earned based on the prior 31 days.

Chart explanation: $USD per PH

The net revenues per petahash (PH), which is equivalent to 1000 terahash. A terahash is 1 trillion hashes. The hashrate is the computational power per second of an application specific integrated circuit (ASIC) computer. The more hashes per second, the faster the speed of the ASIC, and the more revenue gets generated (when in a mining pool). So, a PH is 1000 trillion hashes per second, and the graph shows how much that is worth in US dollars. Of course, it is actually Bitcoin that is being earned, not US dollars, so this is the equivalent based on the current market price of Bitcoin.

Specialised computer servers called ASICs (a.k.a.: miners) create an immutable, rules-based, permissionless, distributed, open source ledger, that is a time-stamped and encrypted blockchain. To incentivize the process, the system is designed to give everyone an opportunity to participate. In fact, the system is actually stronger and more secure the more people there are the participate in the network. Earning Bitcoin is the payout from this process. These digital assets are a permanent digital global asset that can be considered an investment and traded as a store of value, or can be viewed as insurance to protect traditional investments. Whichever side of that "coin" you are on, the process of mining new Bitcoins creates millions of $'s of value everyday.

Bitcoin is deflationary. In terms of Bitcoin, the world becomes less expensive over time. The chart below shows the cost of real estate in terms of Bitcoin. Over time, it costs less to purchase a house in terms of Bitcoin while in terms of the US dollar the price continues to go up.

In truth, the value of a house should go down over time not up. Houses get older, need more repairs, have outdated wiring, appliances, codes, and materials, plus the older they become the more prone they are to damage from termites and other threats. So, why is it that real estate goes up in value over time? The property might increase depending upon location and supply vs. demand, but the value of the house should decline.

One of the primary reasons that real estate goes up, is due more to the decreasing value of the US dollar, which is constantly being devalued as more money is created and enters into the system causing inflation. But, in terms of Bitcoin, which has a finite supply, the monetary system does not have inflation, so the world is priced in terms of their real value based on a standard unit of measure.

The graph below shows the value of real estate per square foot across the US showing in both terms of a square foot priced in US dollars compared to the how much it is priced in Bitcoin.
